Aspen Ladd
Aspen Ladd started her combat sports career at the age of fourteen. After training in kickboxing boxing wrestling BJJ and BJJ, she had her first professional fight against Jaimee Nievera at WCFC when she was just 18. Ladd later went on to take down three opponents in a row at Ultimate Reno Combat. All of the opponents she defeated were defeated within the first five minutes. Following that, she travelled to WCFC again and beat Leslie Rodriguez in a unanimous decision. Aspen won over Silvia B beghian and Maddy Simmons prior to facing Cynthia Calvillo. Cynthia defeated Aspen and beat her in a unanimity to create an end to Ladd's amateur record. Ladd won her next fight in a fight with Roma Pawelek to improve to an 8-1 mark. Aspen became a professional in the year 2015, and was signed by Invicta FC to make her professional debut. Invicta Fc 11 she dominated Ana Carolina Vidal and won the one round with a TKO. The next time she fought, she won in the ring against Amanda Cooper via second-round armbar submission, and then moved up to Bantamweight for her next fight at Invicta FC 16. Aspen's dazzling wrestling ability was able to take down McGill, and she was able to stop her in the third round via TKO (elbows and strikes). Aspen was then able to fight Jessica Hoy for Invicta FC18 in a catchweight that was 138.1lb. Ladd was not in a position to make it, however Aspen was victorious and defeated Hoy by TKO. Invicta FC 21, she was victorious in her last fight for the promotion by unanimous decision. Aspen Ladd made her UFC debut at UFC Fight Night 118 against Lina Lansberg. She outclassed Lina with a combination of ground and pound. She won the TKO round later in the 2nd. Her next fight, against Tonya EVINGER at UFC 229, her victory was even more stunning. Ladd defeated Evinger in the first round, and was awarded her a night's performance bonus. Invicta FC fighter Sijara Eugenes, in a UFC Fight Night dos Anjos-Lee rematch with Sijara's Eubanks, was her first fight that she's ever had in any significant role. The two fighters put on a back-and-forth encounter that ended with Ladd winning via unanimous decision and each fighter getting their Fight of the Night bonus. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie finished Ladd within 16 seconds of the fight which ended her winning streak. She bounced back and finished Yana Kunitskaya during the third round at UFC on ESPN 7. She faced Norma Dumont as a substitute in her last fight with the UFC in UFC Fight Night 195. The fight was a unanimous decision.
